1. Use of Service

Courses are for personal educational use. Redistribution or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.

• One license per individual. Team or institutional use requires a separate agreement.
• Automated scraping, bulk download, or reverse engineering is not permitted.

2. Payments & Refunds

All prices are shown before tax. Refund requests may be considered within 14 days if less than 20% of content was consumed.

• Chargebacks for delivered services may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Conduct

Harassment, spam, or attempts to disrupt services will result in access revocation.

• Respect fellow learners and instructors; keep discussions constructive and on-topic.
• Do not upload content that violates law or infringes others’ rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, trademarks, and site content are owned by Peaceful River Editing or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Limited, non-transferable license is granted for personal study.

5. Service Changes

We may update courses, features, or these terms. Material changes will be noted in the version history below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
